Twilight fans: Click to watch
Amidst the chaos at last night's big Westwood premiere of "New Moon," one extremely passionate mama went off on some of the stars when they wouldn't stop to sign autographs.

But while her daughter wretched with embarrassment, mama's tactics eventually worked -- she somehow got Kellan's attention and the dude actually stopped to take some pics with her extremely lucky daughter!

'Twilight: New Moon' Bringin' the House Down

"Twilight: New Moon" can drive you to the poor house .... that is, if you spend the $3.3 million asking price to buy the house featured in the flicks.

We've learned the Vancouver "Cullen House" -- three floors, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and with air once breathed by Robert Pattinson -- is now available for purchase ... but don't expect any "Twilight" stars to make another visit because the real estate agent tells us the studio's done with it.

We're also told the last owner is taking all of his "Twilight" memorabilia with him when he moves -- that really sucks.

Police Help Cut Director from His Own Movie

Pruitt Taylor VinceA guy who once won an Emmy for playing a serial killer just got killed off his own movie -- and we hear it got so ugly, cops had to haul his ass off the set.

Sources tell TMZ Pruitt Taylor Vince was starring and directing a movie in Louisiana called "Cameraman," when he got into a war with the movie's producer -- David Newton Cole -- over their artistic visions for the movie.

Our sources say the war went nuclear when Cole finally snapped and fired Vince in front of the entire crew -- and then had cops escort Vince's ass off the set.

We spoke to Cole, who told us: "Neither of us would compromise his artistic vision, and I am the producer so that is that. That's why they call it show business and not show art."

Cole immediately brought in a new director to replace Vince and finish the movie -- but so far nothing's been done to heal the gaping hole in Vince's dignity.

'New Moon' Script-Finder: My Good Deed Cost Me

New MoonThe Good Samaritan who found the script for "Twilight: New Moon" in a St. Louis dumpster -- and then returned it -- says the reward she got from the movie's production company is actually costing her big-time in the end.

Casey Ray
tells TMZ she's grateful Summit Entertainment coughed up two tickets to the film's L.A. premiere and after party on November 16 -- but the cost of traveling expenses is biting her in the behind.

Ray says the round-trip tickets for her and her niece cost $1,200 -- plus another bundle to pay for a hotel and whatever other expenses the duo happens to rack up.

We spoke to a rep for Summit who says Ray's complaint comes as a complete surprise. The rep said Ray had no problems with the reward package -- which also includes a walk down the red carpet and a signed copy of the script by the movie's lead actors -- when she agreed on it back in May ... and Summit hasn't heard a peep from Ray since.

So the question is...

'Halloween' Star Daniellle Harris"Halloween" star Danielle Harris was just thrust into a real-life horror sequel -- when her longtime alleged stalker started following her again ... on Twitter. DUN DUN DUN!

J.Lo Blocks Sexy Home Videos ... For Now

Jennifer Lopez's private moments with her ex will remain a mystery -- at least for another day -- because a judge just granted the singer's request for a temporary restraining order to stop distribution of intimate home video footage.

The restraining order will remain in effect until tomorrow -- when a hearing will be held to determine if the order should be extended.

As we first reported, J.Lo filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband, Ojani Noa, over a tell-all movie about their marriage -- which allegedly includes footage of the singer "in a revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room from [her and Noa's] honeymoon."

Lopez's lawyer says he wants to see the footage himself to see if it violated a confidentiality agreement between the couple ... yeah, right...

'Twilight' Bites Back at Unauthorized Magazine

TwilightThere are pictures of the "Twilight" kids all over the Internet -- but the people behind the movies are pissed at a magazine company for allegedly grabbing a few and putting them on newsstands.

Summit Entertainment -- the producers of the movies and distributor of various types of merchandise -- is suing Beckett Media over a Twilight-themed magazine Beckett made. According to a lawsuit filed in federal court on Friday, Summit says Beckett is using publicity photos from the movie in their "Twilight Fanzine" without permission.

Summit says they sent Beckett a cease and desist letter -- and since then Beckett, released a second unauthorized magazine.

They are suing for unspecified damages.

JLo Sues Ex-Husband Over Tell-All Movie

Jennifer Lopez has unleashed a legal nightmare on her ex-husband -- filing a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Ojani Noa over a tell-all movie and intimate home videos.

In the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, JLo claims Ojani is planning to release a movie called "How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story" -- which Lopez claims is a direct violation of a confidentiality agreement they signed a few years back.

Lopez also claims Noa intends to market "11+ hours of previously unseen home video footage of Jennifer Lopez and Ojani Noa " -- which Lopez claims is also in violation of their agreement. Lopez was told the footage depicted her "in a revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room from [her and Noa's] honeymoon."

In the documents, Lopez's attorney claims he got a letter from a producer working with Noa -- who stated that he had "entered into a contractual agreement" with TMZ for the "exclusive rights to the ... home movies." The producer's claims are patently false -- there was never any such agreement.

Lopez is suing Noa for breach of contract and invading her privacy -- and she wants no less than $10,000,000. Lopez also wants a judge to order Noa to stop any plans to move forward with the movie or release the footage.

FYI -- Lopez and Noa were married for less than a year between '97-'98.

Hindus Call 'Avatar' a Big Hin-Don't

James Cameron's new film "Avatar" may have one of the biggest budgets of all time ... but it also has one big problem -- a group of Hindus are up in arms because they claim the title disgraces their religion.

Avatar

The Universal Society of Hinduism and its president Rajan Zed are demanding Cameron put a disclaimer before and after the new 3-D flick saying it has diddly squat to do with the Hindu religion and its concepts ... and the title is just a coincidence.

The concept of "avatar" -- commonly known as incarnation -- is a central theme in Hinduism and prominent Hindus are worried the movie will completely botch it if Cameron doesn't bother to explain himself.

Ironically Cameron's film will reportedly be the biggest ever Hollywood release in India.
