Jamie Foxx partied down and felt up, Lindsay got down with a hottie Italian guy, and Mischa Barton stopped by to have a chat with God after her DUI bust. Paris partied it up in Vegas with baby daddy of the year, Larry Birkhead -- while Lilo fell off the wagon in Italy -- and Britney was loaded into a wagon for a trip to Cedars for psychiatric evaluation. It's 2008, bitches!

It's a new year, but the big stories this week still belonged to last year's train wrecks, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears! The Unholy Triumvirate!

Paris Hilton is minding her businesses and living her life wihout problems. Promoting merchandise and showing up at parties is not against the law. Paris Hilton is the sane one, stop picking on her.

4. Paris Hilton -- the never-was-an-heiress-to-begin-with phony -- was just cashing in on press coverage by mugging with Larry and intentionally flirting with Federline. She never misses a photo op, and will do anything to get one. This no talent narcissist is just as conniving as ever.

5. Paris was never insane, but she certainly was a train wreck in 2007. She was -- and still is -- a dishonest, no-talent publicity and media whore and opportunist. She lied on Larry King, and continues to project the same cheap and self-absorbed personna. She still parties (not for pay) whenever she gets the chance, and has done nothing different with her life except to listen to her PR people and dress better, and use a dedicated driver. Many of us still believe that she knew she was never going to be a heiress or inherit, but used this hype anyway. She's the ultimate "train wreck" and phony.
