46. Michelle Pfeiffer looks much better.. Pfeiffer must take care of herself, but I've never seen anthing in the media about her going overboard like "MANdonna" Exercise is good, but less reps, OK? Also Madonna went on her little trip about spirituallity- nice for a while- but most people really don't feel like being told how to live by someone so full of contradictions. Madonna's attitude can be pretty ugly in itself. Pfeiffer seems happy, like staying youthful is not a 24/7 job for her ( she enjoys life more?) Maybe that's why she looks so great.

47. I don't recall Madonna ever looking good. Unlike most (semi-talented) famous musicians or actors, Madonna did not become famous because she was beautiful. Madge success was due to her ambition and drive for fame, along with a few catchy pop tunes. She is the definiton of a media-whore. She will always say or do anything to keep her name in the public eye.
On the other hand, Michelle became famous, because she was naturally beautiful. She has held on to hers looks, and did not go to extremes with plastic surgery. That is the reason Michelle is still receiving movie rolls at her age. She can also act, unlike Madonna.

48. michelle looks good. madonna looks great. i am surprised (well not so surprised) at how bitter some of these comments are about these ladies. particularly madonna. she is a successful 49 yr old woman. it looks like some of us are a little jealous of her lengthy career, and continuing success. happy birhtday madonna

50. Michelle has had very little, if any plastic surgery. And Madonna is more than someone with a couple of pop tunes. She paved the way for the female singers of today, if you can call them that. "She's too buff" You all would bitch if she were fat. You all would bitch about anything, even Mother Teresa. You punks would not know talent if it hit you in the face. 54. It’s funny how many people actually believe Michelle hasn’t had any work done! It just goes to show that she chose a great plastic surgeon. If you go back and watch her movies in consecutive order you will see it. It doesn’t take away from the fact that she’s beautiful.

55. Why sit in front of your computer and "bash" either of these two completely different people. They both have positive and negative aspects surrounding their past, present, and future. Who cares if Madonna is looking very toned and muscled? Who cares if Michelle looks more feminine? The fact is, they are famous and on top of the world, in each of their own arenas. The fact is, we sit here and type nasty things about one person, nice things about another, or just take unacceptable jabs at everyone. If you don't like Madonna, her morals, or music, then don't listen to her music or purchase her discs . . . and why waste time trashing her on some stupid blog. If you dislike Michelle, then don't go see her movies. Obviously, each of the two stars are WAY FAMOUS! Are you? I'm not, so I will not sit here and talk S**T on either of them. All I can say is, kudos to both of them for following their dreams and making them come true. Can you say the same for yourself?

Madonna has led a filthy life, with her filthy over exposed everything, and her filthy book called Sex where she sold it all and showed it all, and even hinted about beastiality, and it was a very big hint. Her filthy life is showing on her. She looks mean and beat. She doesnt need any more millions, so she should retreat and keep her haggerd self behind her gates in England. She left the USA so why do we have to suffer her ego?? It is all about her! She adoped the black boy because she saw how much publicity Angelina was getting. She doesnt command the press so much, so she tried adoption. She is a pathetic spotlighter grabber. Doesnt her newfound religion tell her to accept her age, she is middle aged.
