31. I love and respect them both -- they're both beautiful in their own ways. I remember Michelle Pfeiffer way back from the Scarface days. She's gorgeous... and Madonna is one of the most talented performers ever. She did it all herself, making herself famous way back in the 80s and still going strong. Let's see where Britney Spears and some of these other young girls wind up in 20 years.

Well in all fairness, I really don’t think Madonna has had a facelift. I think she had her upper eyelids done and maybe some injections. Michelle on the other hand has had a nose job (when she was younger) & a full face lift. If you watch the movie “What Lies Beneath,” you can see it was made right after her surgery. Her face was really tight. Her face looks a lot better now since it’s relaxed. Even with all the help they have and not having the stress that most women have to endure, I think they are both beautiful in their own way.

41. Madonna is a HIDEOUS HAGG! I had to work with her a few years ago and she is as ugly on the inside as she is on the outside. The first day I met her she was already dissing her husband. Yuck!

42. Looking "good" and "hot" should be reserved for the truly exceptional, not for the plain and ordinary the likes of Demi Moore, or Lindsay Lohan. Michelle was a pretty grocery checkout girl at one time who's had alot of plastic surgery. Some age well like Kate Beckinsale or Kate Heigl, Madge unfortunately isn't one of them.

It's funny how many women "think" that Britney and Jess Simpson are hot, but most guys I know think they are disgusting trailer trash.

44. Michelle was hot in Grease 2 and she's even hotter now.
Not just hot, but beautiful, extremely talented, mature, pleasant and funny.

Madonna is NONE of those.

Madonna was very cute and interesting to look at in the early 80's and that's it.
NOW, she looks like a horror story gone bad.

45. Strictly on looks, I'd prefer Michelle; she has that timeless luminosity of some of Hollywood's great blonde beauties going back to the days of Harlow and Lombard. Madonna hasn't held up quite as well, although she's in great shape for her age (if you've ever seen pictures of her killer thighs from a concert in the past few years, you know what I mean).

Both are bright, talented women. Michelle's certainly the superior actress, but we tend to forget that Madonna not only sings and dances, but writes her own material, too.
